What is Israeli Goggle?

When one man places one testicle in the eyes of a sleeping person. The sleeping person must not wake up until the Israeli Goggler slaps them as hard as he can on the face.
Guy1: "Hey, what's that hand mark on your face?"
Guy2: "Oh, that's nothing - one of the guys had me in an Israeli Goggle this morning, I was way too out of it to realise."
Guy1: "Man, that's bad luck"
Guy2: "Hell yeah; the balls were so far in I had to pull them out to see"
