What is Ith?

A hacked runeword item in which all or one of the runes were removed. Iths were formerly used in version 1.09 or Diablo II Lord of Destruction and often complained about mostly by those who could not afford them (in game) or wasn't old enough ot obtain an Ebay account to purchase one. Former Ith items have been deleted in version 1.10 of the game the only way to obtain an ith item is to have runeword item with duplicated runes in which the scan and delete method known as "rust storm" will delete the runes. You will not be able to remove your items if you are wearing it and the next game you join it will be deleted.
An enigma armor with one or more runes extracted/deleted.

Abbreviation for Internet Texas Holdem, a poker strategy book written by Matthew Hilger.
Also for the website, internettexasholdem, started by Hilger and now home to a large poker forum and community. Forums are not as high volume as twoplustwo, but posts are generally of higher quality and the forum is well moderated.
