What is I've Hit It?

A term used occasionally connected with sexual activities. Term is undefined as such to a degree, but can be otherwise quoted as: "been there, done that" or the otherwise raunchy: "yessir..i've tasted it". Though not acceptable language in some places in the world, "I've hit it" is usually expressed as a saying when a boy tells a girl that he's enjoyed her past, or otherwise, present companion, and is relatively a compliment to a certain extent.
i've hit it can mean as follows: "been there, done that", "yep...i've banged that piece of flesh", "yes my friend, I have been THERE"
