What is J Masta?

A chunky lively fella (or girl) that determines whats funny and what's not. the "J" in the J Masta, stands for joke. So it's really a "Joke Masta" but it doesn't sound as fly. The J Masta makes up all the latest jokes but often ends up embarrassing themselves among their peers. There is 1 J Masta per state, but the one in Washington is most definably the most obese and sliest at making dem jokes.
