(pronounced juh-BLIP) An arbitrary or unknown place, location, etc., usually preceeded by "East" or "West". Originating and commonly used in Philadelphia, PA in the '80s.
"That crazy chick needs to take herself back to West Jablip where she came from!"
Person 1: "Dude that crashed the party, where he from?"
Person 2: "I don't know - East Jablip somewhere."
