A jacuzzie is properly performed by first pissing into a girl's (or guy's, I suppose) mouth, then dropping your nuts into her mouth, and finally by having them gargle like your piss was mouthwash. Your nuts get a jacuzzi, her teeth get polished; truly a win-win situation for all sick motherfuckers.
