An acronym of "Just Another Guy With A Boat". Born of the frustration of trying to drive a reasonable speed on an interstate during a summer holdiay weekend and getting stuck behind endless slow-moving vehicles hauling watercraft.

Also can stand for "Just Another Gal With A Boat", "Jerk-A** With A Boat".
