What is Jahblazer?

1) A street thug who wanders around the intersection Jane and Finch in Toronto. People attempt to blaze him, but he blazes them. Usually in association with Mad Russian.
2) To blaze someone in the fasion of the Jahblazer
1) Look at that jahblazer, those fools are trying to blaze him.
