What is Jaleniful?

A word used to describe houses or new communities built in inappropriate places, e.g. new towns that have come up in the midst of an otherwise rural scene. Can have an enlarged use to describe something or some action that is generally inappropriate.
'Her behaviour was so jaleniful' As in his/her behaviour was out of order or completely out of character. It can be used also in it's purest form. Such as 'that block of flats they've built is so jaleniful' Or that block of flats really spoils the landscape.
