What is Jalfrezi?

The Leicester slang for the situation where you clean or decorate a floor (with tiling or other) and manage to do so in a way that you're left in a single dirty corner.
not to be confused with the Jalfreze, a large cumbersome canine of the scottish moors.
I.E
upon cleaning a kitchen floor, to be left at the side with a small pile of crap
"can't believe i didn't notice i was doing a Jalfrezi"
