When going from one outside lane to the other, on the highway, in one fluid motion. It can go from left to right or right to left; most commonly used when trying to exit abruptly.

Passenger: Dude, take the next exit!

Driver: But I am all the way in the left lane.

Passenger: Jamaican Sweep it!
