British toddler james bulger was abducted and murdered by 2 ten year old boys jon venables and robert thompson the two boys kindnapped james from hes mother and took james on a long walk to a railway were they splashed paint in hes face, threw rock and bricks at him and hit him over the head with a iron bar then leaving james on the rail track to die.
