What is Janet Cam?

The photo enforcement cameras placed around Arizona by the state in order to catch speeders and those who run red lights to generate revenue to fix the budget.
Named for Janet Napolitano, the former governer who created this in order to balance the budget.
"Dude, the goddamed state put a janet cam on the street outside by my house and I've already gotten two tickets."
