Insult that is totally disguised as a compliment, and not until 5 minutes later does one realize that it was in fact an insult.
Me: I saw Janet in the hallway earlier, she totally gave me a jansult.
Keith: What did she say?
Me: She said my halloween costume was cute, but that she really hated the character that I had come as.
Keith: Ouch.
Me: Yeah, it took me a minute to figure it out, too.
