Japanese style cartoons. Also a word for Westerners who try to make them or those obsessed with Japanese culture. It's often used when taunting such people.
"Look at that Japadraw, with those huge, shiny, unnatural eyes!"
"Hey Japadraw, you having fun with those glorified comic books?"
