What is Jap-black?

Japanese people that try to act like african-american people. They usually are drowning in their own clothes, they fail to pull of the oversized clothes look because they are normally 5 foot tall.

The film Tokyo Drift has a lot of examples of jap-black people who walk around thinking they are the shiz.
They attempt to rap, and one word, which is pathetic, can only describe it.
