What is Jarbage?

A java jar file that you must use in your application that wasn't created by you and that is giving you lots of problems.
or
A useless error message coming from a java jar file that wasn't created by you but that you have no choice but to use.
I can't get this application to work because this jarbage keeps appearing everywhere.
