a person with poofy hair, usually unecesarily douche. This person tends to hate everyone and everything and they do it with out breaking a solid d minor. (monotone.)
That dude who threw his skate boardm into mine was a complete jarczyk. He had no idea what he was doing, he was probably just think of hair products that will make his follicles grow straight up.
