When a guy, usually a teenager wanting chicks, adds random girls on myspace and comments all their pictures usually the normal "cutie :)". You can spot one by looking at their comments on their page. Most say "uh thanks.." or "do I know you?". Named after a very prestigious Jaygibber named Jason.
Girl 1: This guy I don't know friended me on myspace and commented all my pictures really creeper-ish.
Girl 1's friend: Wow sounds like a real jaygibber.
