Originating from the early 20th century African-Americans and their insatiable appetite for Jazz music, this refers to the outrageously blatant and disrespectful nature of the post modern African-Americans. Jazzleboo's are characterized by poor taste in music, not being productive or beneficial to society in any fashion, while simultaneously blasting gangsta rap music and smoking crack cocaine in residential areas.
