One who's status is equivalent to that of an ass clown. One who thinks he's a "baller" but isn't. A person who doesn't throw down. One who rebells against their parents for no apparent reason. A person who makes it rain only when he says "mashiv haruach umorid hageshem".
I can't wait for "Jballer" to go back to UMD.
