What is Jeaner?

The area at the crotch of your jeans that pops up when you sit down and resembles a Weiner or Weenie. This can happen to men, women and children alike. For some it is a welcome addition, to others it is an embarassment.
"Man, when I ride my bike I get a huge Jeaner" or "hey did you see that girl's Jeaner? Nasty!"
