A broad term that express any negative, frustrating or unbelievable situation.
You can really use it any way you want if it is in the proper context.
Someone releases a horrid fart that smells uncanny, the other person in the room then responds with the only word that can sum up the vomit fart, "Jeezalou"
mumbling "Jeezalou" as you drop the soap.
