What is Jeffcoat?

An ill-fitting, oversized vest. Primarily distinguished by the shoulders riding up to the wearer's ears when seated. Inherently dorky, though a Jeffcoat often inexplicably inpires confidence on the part of the wearer.
"He's always wearing that vest, but its a total Jeffcoat"
