to do something incredibly half-ass poorly, half complete, or generally in style of a fat bastard pompous loser (normally called Jeff).
Used in the same was as "good effort" is abbreviated to just "'effort". - "Jeffort"
Me "hey how did that exam go?"
Jeff "I got an F"
Me "oh good jeffort r-tard!"
Person 1 - I bought the paint and ripped the wallpaper off, but now i can't be arsed to finish the job.
Person 2 - Jeffort!
