What is Jellyfish Hands?

When someone's hands are damp/clammy due to sweat. It doesn't count if its water or they've just washed their hands.... it has to be gross.
NB: May be offensive to someone with sweat problems.
NB2: Anyone who admits that they have jellyfish hands may use it as a threat.
Friend falling off a ledge: "Help me!"
Other friend safely on ledge: "Here! Take my hand!"
Friend falling off a ledge: *Takes hand and lets go suddenly* "URGH! You have jellyfish hands!!!!"
