What is Jersey Claw?

A style of bangs often worn in conjunction with a mullet on a woman popular in the late 1980's, but which is still seen occasionally on certain individuals. The bangs would be cut straight across the forhead, but teased to produce a circular puff.
"When I got my hair done for prom, the lady messed it up so much. She gave me a Jersey Claw."
