It is considered as a person behind the wheel of a vehicle who abruptly weaves in and out of slower cars preferably on the NJ Turnpike or the GS parkway. This technique may involve getting from point A to point B faster or it may be a race between several, but usually 2 individuals for simply an adrenaline rush.~
