What is Jestival?

A yearly Festival that is organized for the sole purpose of securing the lucrative position and benefits of one gelatinous mass of under management. The Festival is reminiscent of festivals thrown for the down trodden; to feed them so they continue to work the fields for the Royal Families (i.e. The Prince)
Do you think we will actually talk strategy in the Jestival this year?
