What is Jesus Quisped?

A term used to describe an idividual who is taking drugs and acting like an idiot to other peoples amusement. This kind of drug induced tom-foolery is usually accidental, as the person who is high rarely knows how funny they are to the outside spectator.
The phrase comes from 'Jesus Quisp', the psuedonym of ex-Green Jello guitarist CJ Buscaglia, who was fired from the band for his heroin habit. He has since found god (that's the funny part). The irony is that the word 'scag' can be found in his surname.
"Did you hear about Tom? He snorted a line of K and ended up Jesus Quisped on the couch. He couldn't even talk properly!"
"The cops caught bobby Jesus Quisped with some friends in the parking lot."
