What is Jewberish?

Consistantly giving finacial advice on pocket change.
When I had thrown my penny on the ground, the rabbi was quick to alert me by saying, "100 pennys equal one dollar."
Following that I told him I could not understand what he was saying because it all sounded like jewberish.
