What is Jezrael?

Someone who joins the Army because they got picked on for being a nerd all throughout highschool. After joining the Army, got even more nerdy but is everyones friend because the job he's in are full of the same people who got picked on for being nerds in highschool.
Tiff: My computer broke again!
Stac: You should get a new one.
Angie: Did you forget? We have a Jezrael, he can fix anything with a chip in it!
