What is Jie Kwan?

Archiac Cantonese slang for a limp yet enormous penis. It literally means "dragon dick". In ancient times, the Cantonese believed that dragons, who were powerful and majestic beings, ironically suffered from the inability to reproduce because of impotency.
Presently, it is commonly used as a racist slang towards black men. It plays on the stereotype that black men have large penises but lack the ability to support a family.
It can also refer to someone who has great physical strength but is weak minded, passive, and timid.
White Guy: That nigga stole my I-pod! CHASE HIM!
Canto Guy: He's just a jie kwan, let him have it. He'll need to sell it to feed his kids.
Tom works out all the time but he always lets people push him around at the laundromat, what a jie kwan.
