It's like deja vu, but used instead when you see a black man that you swear you've seen before.
Guy sees a black man he can't quite place, but he can't shake the eerie feeling he's seen him before, causing him to exclaim: "Damn, I'm having jigga vu! I know I've seen his black ass somewhere before!"
