What is Jill Story?

a story thats either too short or too long that ultimately ends up going nowhere. It has no real point and usually justs ends in everyone laughing AT the person who told the story.

Vick: ok i just played a game of team slayer
Vick: i start off and all my other 3 teamates r just killing themselves
Vick: and im killing the other team
Vick: so finally once my whole team quits i have 8 kills and they had -4
Vick: and we have 4 total kills against the other teams 3
Vick: so its 4-3 and 4 v 1
Vick: im playing the other team 1 v 4
Vick: and the final score was me 30, other team 6
