What is Jimruster?

A pathetic middle-aged hippie who has sold out and become a unquestioning yes-man without testicles; often in employ of a Hillary Clinton-type of boss. A lapdog.
The term comes from the gradual loss of masculinity ('jimmy' as slang for penis) over years and years of non-use (much like a disused car or machinery starts to corrode).
Harry became a jimruster when his twenty-five years with the company made him first in line to get coffee for his boss first thing in the morning.
