What is Jimtee?

Male facial hair similar to a goatee. Only a narrow vertical strip below the bottom lip, It usually continues beyond the chin underneath the jaw. Some wear it long enough to braid or wrap a rubberband around it. There is no moustache. There may be low sideburns.
This is being seen more and more often in the heavy rock music scene.
