What is Jirasek?

a classy Czech person, who eats a shitload of home cooked meals and ethnic food. Generally well-educated and loud/vivacious. Has a good sense of humor and passion for life. Basically a dominant force in European/Slavic/Bohemian culture.
Often this name is confused with the ancient time period known as the Jurassic period, or the film "Jurassic Park".
