What is Jitbird?

a racial epithet refering to the boysterous, swollen chested, rant of the African American. Also, refering to the shade of darkness which accompanies African Americans. It is beleived to originate in North East Georgia in the early 21st century, by a commedic fan of all racial epithets.
I was walking down the street and this jitbird tried to sell me crack cocaine.
