A metro-sexual (or homo-sexual) who likes to dance, sing, and wear vests that look like Aladin. A Jitterbug also prefers to be "down under" so to speak. In other words they like to take it in the butt during gay sex. Commonly associated with the group WHAM for their hit song "Jitterbug".
