What is Jizzen?

To yell or talk fast unappropriatly. Also to annoy someone with jargan or something they don't want to hear.
when a woman is yelling at her man shes jizzen on him. Or if a man is yelling at his women he is jizzen on her. It relates to spiting and how when you talk really fast and yell you tend to spit.
2.
To relax or "chill out" (usually accompanied by somking some form of illegal drug)
I'm just jizzen at home man
