What is Jizzen-glaze?

Used to describe anything coated in a white, sometimes a bit colorless filament. Glazed is glazed and jizz is finish residue of something powerful. Anything from a cinnamon roll to someone with pink eye can be referred to as jizzen-glazed.
Tom says he's got pink eye, but I call it jizzen-glaze. He can't see through that spunk.
