A guy who lives in Northeastern PA, Monroe County. Lies to everyone, is greedy, vain, and has a narcissim personality disorder. Tagrets people who are weak, willing to use them to get something out of them. Couldn't tell the truth if his life depended on it. He has an ego problem, says "I" in every sentence, think his shit doesn't stink. Plays with people, really is a dark entity. Think he is ABOVE the law. Should be convicted by the feds.
