What is Jogarina?

A large extremely firm belly which hangs over the belt. A jogarina (pronounced ho-ga-REE-na) is always very swollen and uncomfortable. Unlike a pot-belly, which is soft and squishy, it is bloated and firm. It is often caused by not only fat on the belly, but by a large amount of undigested and rancid food stuck in the intestinal track.

Wow, did you see the size of that jogarina? That guy can hardly walk! I'm skipping lunch, taking the stairs and moving out of the Mid-West.
