What is Johnny Whoop?

a simple game in which you take a sharp object (usually a pocket knife) and move it up and down in between your fingers saying johnny whoop, johnny johnny whoop, and letting the knife cut the skin in between your fingers.
depressed girl: johnny whoop, johnny johnny whoop, johnny whoop whoop. ouch.
