When you are jonsin to the extreme. (Named for P. Jonas who fell down a flight of steps when he blacked out from too much whiskey).

That black guy is jonasin because he didn't have enough money for a 40oz. or the Cleveland RTA bus and has to walk back to the projects in -17 degree temperatures with a windbreaker on.
