What is Joop Dogg?

A person of black descent whose job it seems to offer fragrance to males in the toilets of bars and clubs. These dodgy characters often forcefully attempt to offer you fragrance in the hope you will give them money. They often attack while their victim washes their hands.
"I had to get out the pissers quick, there's a Joop Dogg in there.. didn't bother washing me hands, I just did one."
