What is Joping?

the act of fucking about frantically in a tool shed in the attempt to put together some sort of creation, often used to imply a disaster of some kind has occurred in the process of building said item.

joping by a construction team is a common side effect after construction team has been doping, eg: car park with lines guiding cars for parking being too close together; dog kennel with dog inside, but no doors for dog entry/exit.
