When someone tries to help you fix something, but only screws it up worse. Specifically something technical or I.T. related. I.E. cell phones, computers, PDA's, smart phones, software, etc.
"Yeah I kept getting these weird error messages so Dustin came over to help me but he totally Joryed my computer. It won't even turn on now."
