A terribly corrupt and poorly undertaken attempt by the United States Military to indoctrinate and shelter teenagers too young to enlist. Classes cost more than the average high school class, teach racism and homophobia, have a generally sub-par curriculum, and promote violence.
Remember when two Arizona J.R.O.T.C. members dressed in fatigues and killed nine Buddhist monks after looting their temple?
Bill: Hey! I wanna join the J.R.O.T.C.!
